A stellar year of successful performance has seen founder and CEO of the leading accredited training provider and Private FET College KLM Empowered, Lyn Mansour being awarded a place as one of Africa’s top CEO’s by internationally accredited CEO Today magazine for the second year in a row!
Dedicated to recognising strong and innovative leadership amongst business leaders operating in Africa across all key business sectors and industries, the CEO Today Africa Awards recognises the CEOs who are leading in their respective sectors and beyond, and brings together companies pushing the envelope in business, and the executives and leaders that make this progress possible.
Mansour is one of forty-eight top CEO’s representing South Africa’s winners, from a total of ninety-nine across Africa. The awards were determined by a platform of over 12 000 voters on ceotodaymagazine.com.

The consecutively award-winning CEO is a trailblazer in her approach to leading with heart; and has been a force of forward-momentum and upliftment throughout 2018. Some of this year’s achievements that determined Mansour’s success include cultivating a 45% growth for KLM Empowered Human Solutions Specialists in the 2018 fiscal thus far and carrying out an impactful CSI project that saw over 8 000 home packed lunches personally packed and distributed to communities in need.
One of the biggest feats for the company this year, though, was the inaugural “I am Greatness” Women in Leadership Imbizo that was successfully brought to fruition from Mansour’s vision. The gathering was a first of its kind in combining an SABPP accredited skills development programme over three days, that included a string of engaged conversations and thought-provoking Crowd Learning ™. The inspiring and transformative event brought to life KLM Empowered’s belief in shared and unified success.
