KLM Empowered has been contracted by Accenture South Africa since 2016 – current to deliver and manage the Accenture Disability Employability Cadet Learnership program. To date, over 60 Accenture learners have been through this program.
KLM Empowered’s responsibilities included but were not limited to recruitment and assessment of the learners; Conduct classrooms contact training sessions with learners; Workplace Readiness Training and On-site Assessments; Induct Learners according to SETAS requirements; Produce a training schedule and deliver training according to the schedule; Liaise with S/SETA and MICT SETA to ensure that all their requirements adhere to-including reporting; Uploading of learner information, management of audit visits and conducting ongoing internal moderation.
